A full-service software solution designed for counties.   It manages salary and hourly employees, with the functionality for different rates of pay for multiple positions as well as various OT rates, on-call, shift differential and reimbursements.   Features include automated payroll processing with tax withholding calculation, employee deductions including PERA/PERS contributions, employer benefits, direct deposits and accrual tracking.  It is integrated with our Employee Portal and CostTime modules providing time entry batches from online timecards, online check stubs and G/L posting to IFS and Highway Costing.   The module also has quarterly and year end reporting options including W-2’s.  Many stock reports are available along with the ability to create customized, specific reports.
